1) About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of tettehtechservices.com and any services you purchase from Tetteh Tech Services (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2) Website use

You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious content, or use the Website unlawfully.

3) Quotes, scope, and change requests

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing (proposal, message confirmation, invoice, or statement of work).
  • Any out-of-scope work is a change request and may impact cost and delivery time.

4) Client responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely information, feedback, approvals, and required assets (text/images/logos)
  • Confirm you have rights to use any content you provide to us
  • Review deliverables promptly (delays may shift timelines)

5) Payments

  • Payment terms are stated on your invoice/proposal.
  • We may pause work if payments and feedback are overdue.
  • Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

6) Revisions and approvals

Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

  • Includes 2 rounds of reasonable revisions per deliverable.
  • Additional rounds or new requests may be chargeable.
  • A deliverable is considered accepted when you approve it in writing or after 14 days with no feedback following delivery.

7) Timelines

Any stated timelines are estimates unless explicitly agreed as fixed. Timelines can change due to delays in client feedback/assets, scope changes, or third-party issues.

8) Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise:

  • Once full payment is received, you may use the final deliverables created for your project.
  • We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates, methods, and know-how.
  • Third-party tools/themes/plugins/fonts/stock assets remain subject to their own licences.

9) Third-party services (hosting, domains, plugins)

If your project relies on third-party providers (hosting, domains, email platforms, payment gateways, plugins), their terms apply. We’re not responsible for third-party downtime, policy changes, pricing changes, or service restrictions.

10) Cancellations and refunds

Consumer customers (UK distance/online sales): You may have a 14-day cancellation period for many online service contracts. If you request the service to start during the cancellation period, you may need to pay for work completed up to cancellation. Legislation.gov.uk+2Which?+2

Business customers: Deposits/paid time may be non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11) Portfolio use

Unless you tell us in writing that your project is confidential, you agree we may display completed work (e.g., screenshots, your business name/logo) in our portfolio for marketing purposes.

12) Disclaimers

We provide services with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., sales, revenue, rankings), as results depend on many external factors.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of profits).
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the previous 3 months, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

14) Termination

Either party may terminate if the other materially breaches these Terms and fails to fix the breach within 14 days of written notice. You must pay for work completed up to termination.

15) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England & Wales (unless consumer rules require otherwise).
